Shipping policy

Shipping is free on all US orders — no minimum spend, no thresholds.

Most US orders are delivered in 6-8 business days. You will get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

If a part is on backorder, the listing says so before you buy — expect 2-4 weeks.

If an order mixes in-stock and backorder items, we ship the in-stock items first at no extra cost unless you ask us to hold the order.

International rates are calculated at checkout.

Duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier at delivery.

We ship to the address exactly as entered. Address corrections after shipment are subject to carrier fees, and packages returned as undeliverable are refunded less shipping.

Every part is photographed before packing. Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the part and we file the claim and send a replacement.

Claims for lost parcels are opened after the carrier's investigation window and resolved by replacement or refund.
