Refund & returns policy

Uninstalled parts in original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Start a return by emailing support@krazycarbon.com with your order number. Returns sent without an authorisation number cannot be processed.

Parts that have been installed, drilled, trimmed, sanded, wrapped, painted or refinished.

Made-to-order and custom-finish items, and parts damaged after delivery.

We pay return shipping for fitment defects, transit damage or a wrong item shipped.

For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return shipping; original shipping is not refunded. No restocking fee applies to parts that arrive back in resalable condition.

If a part does not fit the chassis and trim listed on its product page, we cover the return and either replace it or refund it in full.

For multi-piece parts the guarantee applies to parts installed by a qualified professional shop. Send us the invoice with the claim.

Covers delamination, bond-line separation and clear-coat failure under normal road use for two years from delivery.

Excludes impact damage, kerb strikes, track contact, improper installation, over-torqued hardware and abrasive polishing.

Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days of the return being inspected. Banks typically post the funds within 5–10 business days.
